About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in the Venice region, on clay soils at altitude. Vines are planted at a high density of around 4,000 per hectare, which helps develop a rich aroma and keeps the acidity lively.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the point that preserves their natural balance of ripeness and delicate fruit character. They are processed and destemmed, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled 16–18 °C, which preserves the wine's aromatic brightness.
Ageing
The wine rests further on its fine lees in steel tanks. This gives a richer, rounder texture and softens the flavour profile without losing lightness or freshness.
Tasting profile
Elegant and well balanced. The aroma is fresh and harmonious, with citrus notes, delicate floral tones and a light hint of freshly cut grass. The palate is balanced, with bright acidity.
Serving and pairing
Suited to aperitif service. It pairs with light appetizers, seafood and grilled fish.
