About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows in clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 250 metres.
Grapes
The wine is made from selected grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then sorted and destemmed before a short maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22–24 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in oak barriques for several months.

Ageing in oak contributes savoury toasted notes to the aroma and flavour.
