Vineyard and terroir
The Moscato Bianco grapes are grown in vineyards in the commune of Chambave.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The wine is made by a traditional white winemaking method.
Serving and pairing
Suited to an aperitif. It pairs especially well with shellfish and moderately strong cheeses.
