About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines were planted in 1987 at 90 m above sea level, on soils combining silt and clay.
Grapes
Garganega forms the blend, with a small proportion of Chardonnay included in some vintages.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested in mid-September. After destemming, they are gently pressed, and the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is prevented.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for four months in the same stainless-steel tanks.
