About this wine
Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. The must ferments at a controlled 16 °C, with 50% in new French oak barrels and the remainder in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine spends two months in barrel, followed by filtration and a further two months in bottle, until April of the following year.
Tasting profile
Fruit-forward and fresh, with good structure and a firm, persistent backbone imparted by its short time in oak.
