About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from organic vineyards in Veneto, at 200 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into wooden crates. They then macerate on the skins for several days at the winery. Fermentation is spontaneous.
Ageing
The wine is aged in old oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Well-balanced in both taste and aroma.
