About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in organic vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated on their skins for 6 hours before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel tanks. After bottling, residual sugar initiates a second fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel barrels.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with a remarkably smooth and elegant palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with a meal.
