About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the sandy and clay soils of Rovereta Hill, in the heart of the Gavi region, at an altitude of 330 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, transported directly to the estate winery in small baskets and pressed immediately. The must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for two months.
