The grapes are grown at 330 m above sea level in Rovereto, in the heart of the Gavi production area.

The wine is made with minimal intervention.
Ageing
It is aged in acacia barrels.
Tasting profile
Deep straw-yellow in colour, it has aromas of white flowers followed by vibrant white-fruit flavours. The palate is rich and generous, with the structure associated in the source with Cortese.

The name “Sole sul Poggio” refers to the wine’s deep straw-yellow hue, likened to sunny summer days.
