Tasting profile
Deep, concentrated ruby red with garnet highlights. Elegant cassis and lightly herbaceous Cabernet tones meet Merlot’s warm fruit. The palate is full and fruit-driven, balancing assertive acidity with supple tannins and finishing with considerable length.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 15–17 °C. Suitable partners include beef, lamb, game, rich casseroles and mature or strongly flavoured cheeses.
