About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the province of Chieti at an altitude of 230 metres. The vines were planted in 2010.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from 1 to 10 October. At the winery, they undergo 12 hours of skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with homemade egg pasta or a frittata with fresh bell peppers.
