About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown fruit comes from old, low-yielding vineyards in the Montedorisio production area, along the Adriatic coast.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late October and macerated on their skins for 25 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 16 months in new French barriques, divided into two equal stages.
Tasting profile
Complex aromas of fruit and vanilla lead to a rich, smooth palate.
