About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Sauvignon Blanc comes from selected South Tyrolean vineyards in the hilly areas of Unterland and Überetsch.

Vinification

The grapes are carefully harvested, thoroughly destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation begins at a strictly controlled temperature. The wine is then transferred to Slavonian oak barrels, where fermentation is completed.

Ageing

The wine ages for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. After bottling it is aged further in the winery's cellars.

Tasting profile

Elegant, with an inviting aroma and a fresh taste.

Label / history

The name honours Meyra, the wife of Klaus Lentsch.
