About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from selected hillside vineyards in Überetsch, South Tyrol.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested carefully, gently destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17 °C.
Ageing
The young wine matures in steel tanks with frequent stirring of the fine lees. It is bottled around April of the following year.
Tasting profile
The wine has a distinctive aroma and a fresh palate.
Serving and pairing
Recommended with appetizers, asparagus, vegetable and fish dishes, molluscs and crustaceans.
