About this wine
Grapes
An equal blend of Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca del Chianti, two native Tuscan varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September and dried for at least five months.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels. This distinguishes Passo Albereto from Novembre, which is described as undergoing 14 months of maturation.
