About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from the L’albereto estate at Subbiano, on the eastern bank of the Arno between Arezzo and Bibbiena. The soils are fertile, medium-textured to compact, with dark clay and shells. Casentino’s peaks contribute to cold winters and good diurnal temperature variation in summer.
Grapes
90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot.
Technical data
Rosso Toscano IGT. Harvest runs from late September into early October. Alcohol: 13% vol.
Tasting profile
Intense ruby red in color, with primary red-fruit aromas and threads of vanilla. The palate is soft and balanced, combining a modern style with the character of its Tuscan origin. Its color is associated with strong longevity.

Serve at 18–20°C. It is intended for flexible drinking occasions, including between meals.
