Vineyard and terroir
The fruit was hand-harvested from a combination of young and old vines.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the crushed grapes fermented for 30 days in Slavonian oak vats.
Ageing
The wine matured for two years in barriques, followed by one year in large oak barrels and six months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Bordeaux-inspired in style, the wine has a vivid, open character. Richness is balanced by freshness, with excellent structure and a sublime finish.
