Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio is grown in Friuli, where the variety is widely cultivated.
Vinification
The crushed grapes are gently pressed according to traditional white-wine methods, then undergo alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for around six months before bottling.
Tasting profile
The nose is expressive, while the palate is elegant, fruity and well balanced.
