About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards, whose microclimate is particularly favourable.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and carefully sorted to strict standards. Selected yeast and sugar are added to the base wine before secondary fermentation in sealed, temperature-controlled pressurized tanks according to the Italian Charmat method. After maturation, the wine is stabilized and filtered.
Ageing
The wine matures in the sealed pressurized tanks used for secondary fermentation.
Tasting profile
Delicate, fresh and approachable.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetizers, fish dishes, white meat and fresh cheeses.
