About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Friuli, where the grape is traditionally cultivated and thrives in the local conditions.
Vinification
Yeast and sugar are added to the base wine before a second fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature. The wine is then stabilized, filtered and bottled.
