About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the company’s vineyards, which have a particularly favourable microclimate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and carefully sorted to strict standards. Selected yeast and sugar are added to the base wine, which undergoes secondary fermentation at a controlled temperature in sealed pressure tanks using the Italian Charmat method. After maturation, the wine is stabilized and filtered.
Ageing
The wine matures in sealed pressure tanks.
Tasting profile
Delicate, light, fresh and approachable, with fullness and structure from Pinot Nero and a pleasantly tart edge.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetizers, light dishes and berry desserts.
