About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown across extensive vineyards in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where the climate and soils influence the fruit.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and fermented on their skins for 5–6 days at a controlled temperature. The must is then pressed and transferred to tanks, where alcoholic fermentation is completed and malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is stabilized before bottling.
