About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the plains of Friuli.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed and fermented on their skins for 5–6 days at a controlled temperature, developing colour and tannic structure. After pressing, the must is transferred to tanks to complete alcoholic fermentation and undergo malolactic fermentation. The stabilized wine is then bottled.
Tasting profile
Smooth and velvety, with a tannic structure.
