Vinification
Part of the wine underwent a second ten-day maceration and fermentation on the lees, with remnants from the Amarone range added during the process. This method gives the wine greater complexity.
Ageing
The 2009 vintage matured for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

Label / history
Lamberti was founded in 1964 in Lazise, Veneto, and is part of Gruppo Italiano Vini (GIV). The winery stands on the shores of Lake Garda and takes its name from the ancestral estate of the Lamberti family, one of the area's oldest families.
