The fruit comes from a 50-year-old vineyard, farmed organically.

A blend of red and white grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed after harvest, then fermented spontaneously in steel or concrete vessels. No sulfites are added, and the wine is neither fined nor filtered. The natural sediment and grape skins in the bottle result from this process, which is meant to preserve the wine's vitality.
Tasting profile
Juicy, fresh and easy-drinking, with plenty of fruit and berry notes on both nose and palate.
Serving and pairing
Can be drunk young, and improves with age.
