About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from 25-year-old vines. The wine is organic.

Grapes

A small proportion of white Trebbiano d’Abruzzo brings additional freshness and ease of drinking to the blend.

Vinification

Whole bunches are placed in a concrete tank, foot-crushed and fermented for one week with regular punch-downs. After pressing, the wine is bottled without filtration or added sulfur dioxide.

Ageing

The wine rests first in cement vats, followed by steel and fiberglass vessels.

Tasting profile

Juicy and fresh, with mouthwatering acidity and abundant fruit and berry notes on both the nose and palate. It is easy to drink.
