About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc grows in clay-limestone soil rich in calcium and iron. Sunny days and summer nights support ripening.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested in September and sorted before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The young wine rested for approximately six months in steel vats.
