About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in clay-limestone soils containing a small proportion of sand.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and fermented in oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak for 10–12 months, followed by a further year in bottle before release.
