About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Cortese grapes are grown in the heart of the municipality of Gavi, on limestone and marl soils. The moderate climate helps the grapes keep their freshness and natural acidity. The wine is organic.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting only the best bunches. Fermentation uses naturally occurring yeasts at a controlled low temperature, which preserves the wine's clean aromas and clear expression of terroir.

Ageing

The wine is aged on the lees for 6 months before bottling.

Tasting profile

Pure, lively and refined, with lively freshness and natural acidity. Easy-drinking and versatile, with clean aromas.
