About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Cortese is organically grown in west-facing vineyards in the municipality of Tassarolo. Limestone and marl soils and a moderately warm climate allow the grapes to develop the variety’s characteristic acidity.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately on arrival at the winery. After a short settling period, the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled 17 °C. The winemaking follows centuries-old traditions and is designed to preserve the grapes’ acidity.

Tasting profile

Light, straightforward and easy-drinking.

Serving and pairing

Suitable for a wide range of international dishes.
