The wine spends 6 months in French oak barriques, followed by 14 months in Slavonian oak casks and 15 months in bottle.
Label / history
The di Gresy family owned vineyards from the 18th century, initially selling its grapes to major producers in the region rather than making wine. Marchesi di Gresy began producing wine in 1973, when Alberto di Gresy made his first wine. The estate now comprises three properties in Langhe and Monferrato.
