About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie on south-facing slopes in the commune of Cassine, in the province of Alessandria, at 200 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The wine is made using traditional methods, including 14 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
It matures for 30 months in French barriques, followed by 22–24 months in bottle.
