About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on coastal terraces at 200–550 metres above sea level, in dolomitic limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of October, then sorted, crushed and gently pressed. After static cold settling, fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature for 12 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 10 months.
