About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Friuli-Venezia Giulia in northeastern Italy, where the climate is considered favourable for viticulture.
Vinification
The wine undergoes extended temperature-controlled maceration. Part of the must is pumped over to give the wine a softer character.
Ageing
It matures in stainless-steel tanks for 12 months.
Serving and pairing
Pair with game dishes and hard cheeses.
