About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in the easternmost part of Northern Italy.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The must settles at low temperature before alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
Following fermentation, the wine is transferred gradually into new oak barrels for ageing.
