About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay and Malvasia are grown in the vineyards of Feudi della Medusa. The area's mild Mediterranean climate supports grape ripening.
Grapes
The blend contains equal proportions of Chardonnay and Malvasia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place partly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and partly in barrels. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 14–16 days at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for six months in the winery's cellars before release.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with fish, white meat and seafood.
