About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 400 m above sea level on limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September, placed in small crates and taken to the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 18 °C for 14–16 days. Malolactic fermentation follows in temperature-controlled tanks.
