About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from the company's own vineyards in Alto Adige, at lower elevations around Merano, 400–500 m above sea level. Gewürztraminer is a local South Tyrolean variety. The vines are 10–15 years old.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness. At the winery they undergo 12 hours of maceration, then ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine is aged on its lees for 5 months.

The "Festival" range from Merano is fresh, aromatic and easy-drinking.
