About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Meran’s vineyards in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and macerated for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for five months.
