About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company's vineyards in Labers, Lagundo, Lana and Tirolo, at 400–500 metres above sea level. The vines are 10–15 years old.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness. At the winery they undergo 12 hours of cold maceration, then ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on the lees for 6 months.

The wine belongs to the "Graf von Meran" range from Merano.
