About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10–15 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barriques.
