Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo 12 hours of cold maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for five months.
