About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery's vineyards in Alto Adige, at 300–400 metres above sea level. The vines are 10–25 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10–15 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for 16 months in French oak barriques.
