About this wine
Vinification
Produced in the province of Treviso. Gentle pressing is followed by fermentation of the clear must at a controlled temperature. A natural secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave for around 50 days at 13–14 °C, producing fine bubbles.

Delicate yet rich, with appealing aromas, a subtle bouquet and a smooth palate.
