Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Col San Martino, at approximately 270 m above sea level.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in autoclaves for 60 days.
Ageing
The wine rests on its own lees for 100 days.
