About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Col San Martino, at around 270 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in autoclaves for 60 days at 12 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its own lees for 120 days.
