About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the province of Treviso.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected, gently pressed and separated from their skins before controlled-temperature fermentation. A natural secondary fermentation then takes place in pressurized tanks for 40 days at 13–14 °C.
