About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on granite soils on the slopes of the Dolomites. The terroir was formed from weathered sheer rock faces and alluvial deposits left by glaciers and the Adige River, contributing a distinctive character to the fruit.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at 26–29 °C for 12–13 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in lightly toasted, three-year-old French oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Elegant, juicy and inviting, with rich aromas from Teroldego and Marzemino. Merlot contributes elegance and softness.
