About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard has iron- and manganese-rich soils and a planting density of 488 vines per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. A portion undergoes brief skin maceration in large oak barrels, while the remainder ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 6–10 months in barriques and stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
