About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards in the Barbaresco area have excellent exposure. Yields are restricted on a vine-by-vine basis, while favourable weather conditions support the ripening of the Nebbiolo.
Vinification
The must ferments in neutral vessels at 28–30 °C, remaining in contact with the skins for 12 months.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 10–12 months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Elegant and well balanced, with aromatic and flavour intensity, harmony and maturity.
